Returns Policy

You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time, before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days ( for uk orders) from recieving the items. This does not affect your stautory rights as a customer. Canine Care Company will make a full refund (excluding p&p) provided the goods are returned in re-saleable condition with their original packaging and within 7 days of recieving the order.

We will refund within 14 days of the goods bieng returned. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked and insured postal courier. If you do however recieve damaged or faulty goods please inform us and we will then arrange for a replacement to be sent.
